Doug Ingoldsby is the founder of California-based nutritional supplement maker ALL ONE®. Doug’s family has been pioneering in the vitamin business since 1936. Doug’s father, James, was responsible for creating the first “high potency” vitamin C tablet, and worked with nutritionist Adelle Davis to create the first “stress” formula vitamin and the first nutrition candy bar, “Tiger’s Milk. • 3/4 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
• 2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
• 2 scoops All-One Kids powdered vitamins
Super Charged Banana Breakfast Smoothie
There’s no better way to start the day than with the taste of bananas!
• 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
• 1 medium banana
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 2 scoops powdered Protein base supplement
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
• Ice

Blueberries are loaded with antioxidants, a fabulous, nutritious snack!
• 2 cups frozen blueberries
• 1 Tbsp. frozen lemonade concentrate
• 1 Tbsp. honey
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
• 2 scoops Antioxidant supplement
